M&R Printing Equipment, Inc. in Roselle, IL seeks Product Manager - Ink and Screen Print Products. Responsible for product lifecycle management of all products in assigned product portfolio. Serve as the voice of the Customer to our internal teams and ensure that product opportunities are identified and executed to support internal strategies and goals. Embody Voice of the Customer to bring product roadmaps/strategy to life to ensure business success and develop product lifecycle strategies. Translate business goals and customer needs into product strategy. Partner with Financial and Marketing teams to develop strong business cases for product programs to ensure product success. Communicate direction and product priorities to the product team. Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to determine product value; then ensure product programs successfully passes through Milestone Gateways on time within cost/quality/performance budgets. Day-to-day product support activities, which can include, product pricing, product change approvals, cost reduction identification activities, point of contact for all product related questions and customer support as needed. Work with Marketing to provide data analysis on the competitive environment, current product offerings, customer needs, and sales trends with specific recommendations. Responsible to deliver successful product lines that meet business goals of cost, revenue, quality, customer satisfaction, and performance.

Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign equivalent in business, marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical engineering degree and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related role working with Screen Print equipment. Must also possess experience with: (i) international screen printer operations for development of products; (ii) screenprint inks, systems and its chemistry; (iii) financial analysis including developing ROI, cash flow analysis, and EBITDA calculations; (iv) marketing customer surveys to develop product plans; (v) excel including using pivot tables, vlookups, and data validation; (vi) presenting in group settings and collaborating with teams; (vii) developing business cases using analytical skills; (viii) developing marketing plans for new products; (ix) project management skills; and (x) 5 years of experience with developing Screen Print ink. 15% domestic and international travel required.
