Digital Service Technician

We are seeking an individual with an electrical/mechanical background to join our Service Team. Rapid growth requires us to continually add and seek out talented technicians for our existing, industry leading, service department.

Service Techs are responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment at customer locations. They also provide training & telephone support for customers and participate in trade shows. Successful candidates will receive a combination of field and factory training.

Must have previous electronics & electrical/mechanical experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must own basic tools, possess a valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle.

Travel will be required to both domestic and international locations. Computer skills, knowledge of screen printing are a definite plus but not required. The ideal candidate will reside in one of the following locations:

Los Angeles
New Jersey
Niles

Electrical Assembler

We are seeking a Electical Assembler that can perform the following:

  • Performs a variety of electrical assemblies according to instructions and/or schematic drawings using soldering gun, drill and hand tools
  • Inspects work and performs basic electrical tests, troubleshoots, and makes adjustments
  • Prepare associated paperwork and transport parts to be assembled from other areas
  • Train new electrical assemblers
  • Can work under moderate supervision by Group Leader and makes decisions based on established standards
  • At least one year prior electrical assembly experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Technical Associate’s degree or other post high school technical training preferred
Takes about four weeks to train a new employee with requisite skills.

Electrical Engineer

We are seeking degreed electrical/electronic engineers with at least five years of experience. BSEE or equivalent is a must. Electrical system design, knowledge of AutoCAD, PLCs, HMIs, Motion and Networking products required. C/C++ programming skill is a plus.

Maintenance

Experienced Maintenance Mechanic employees to help with the maintenance of our machinery and facility. We are willing to train individuals with demonstrated mechanical aptitude and skills.

Screen Printer

We are seeking a talented screen printer with strong screen-making ability, extensive experience with M&R presses, and proven customer skills to work in M&R’s Glen Ellyn, Illinois headquarters.

Initially, this full-time hourly position will involve screen making, design testing, and trade show preparation while the employee receives training on a range of M&R products. The position will eventually involve training customers in their shops on screen printing techniques and the operation of M&R equipment.

The position will require occasional weekend work and domestic and international travel. Applicants must have—or be able to obtain—a valid passport. Candidate must be highly motivate and willing and able to learn.

Senior Oracle Application Developer

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Application Developer who will be responsible for providing systems administration, architecture and technical solutions. We are seeking an individual with at minimum a Bachelor’s Degree. Prior experience supporting manufacturing also a major plus.

The key strengths of the successful candidate should include:

  • Expert level skills in the following areas: System Analyzing, Data Modeling, Architecture, Installation, Upgrades, Migration, Application Customizations
  • Oracle Database 11gR2, 10gR2, Maintenance, and Support
  • Oracle Database Upgrades (11g, 10g, and 9i).
  • Installation & Configuration of Oracle e-business suite R11i, R12 in multi-node database, multi apps nodes.
  • Experience in providing support for Financial and Manufacturing areas
