"Our M&R 6-Color Insignia has turned our printing operation around 180 degrees! We have the ability to print 4-color process work, with exceptional quality, at speeds that we never thought were achievable. We are now able to handle a larger workload while adhering to tighter customer timelines."

"I’ve owned a screen printing company for decades, and it's always bothered me to turn away small orders that just weren’t profitable for us to print. However, we’re not turning small orders away any more. With our new i-Dot printer, we’re able to cost effectively do print runs as small as one piece—even on dark shirts. The ability to print small runs and one-off shirts has already helped my business. It lets us take better care of existing customers who need small runs or samples, and it's brought us new customers that we couldn't service before.
The i-Dot's already had a huge influence on our business—and on our plans for the future. It's been so successful for us that we're planning to build an entire department devoted to digital printing. The print runs may be small, but they’re extremely profitable. And customers just can’t believe the amazing quality of the prints they’re getting from the i-Dot.
I’ve been keeping an eye on digital printers for the past few years, but it wasn’t until M&R came out with the i-Dot that I could finally get the machine quality and print quality that I needed."

"I've only owned two machine brands in my life. I bought an old Advanced Multi Printer in 1986. In 1988, I started buying M&R presses, and I haven't had another company's press on my floor since. You know what? I've been bleeding M&R blue since 1988. Twenty-four years. I have facilities in two countries, and the thought never occurred to me to look at a competitor. I'd never do it. Once you buy an M&R, there's no reason to go anywhere else.I've got M&R presses on my floor that have 14 million prints on them, so if you want to talk about return on investment, that's a pretty damn good one. And they're still running. Two presses that I bought in 1998 are still on my floor.Other manufacturers have offered to give me presses just to get a foot in the door. Quite frankly, I'd rather pay for an M&R than take a competitor's press for free. And that's the truth."

"We just got a Diamondback XL as our first auto and we are extremely happy with it. After researching and educating ourselves on all the options we decided that M&R was the best way to go for us. We settled on the XL because of the servo drive, ability to produce large prints, and price point. Rich [Hoffman] personally answered tons of questions for us and Alex, the tech that did the install, was fantastic. We are running on a 7.5 HP Kaiser compressor and it is more than enough, even on jobs where we are using all 8 heads we have no problems. I would strongly recommend this press. M&R's service and support thus far have exceeded our expectations!"

"I just wanted to post a big Thank You to M&R and especially to Andy DaSilva. I'm posting this to let everyone know how great this company has treated Dallas and me as we were having some printing issues and problems that we couldn't figure out on our own. I posted [at the M&R Companies Forums] some of the issues that we were having and Andy from M&R gave me a call to see if he could help us out. He offered to come here to Minnesota from Chicago to get our equipment serviced so we could stay in business and stop pulling our hair out in frustration. He knew we were strapped on $ and worked with us on payment. Andy was here 2 days helping Dallas with everything he needed to get things working, and answered questions on everything you can think of: screens, emulsion, inks, you name it.I purchased our equipment through M&R because of all the great things I heard about them and the company. M&R beats any other service I have experienced in a long time. Great business ethic, professional, experienced and just great old fashioned customer relations. Thanks again to Andy and everyone at M&R."

"I own Dixie Screen Printing. In October of 2005, I purchased a Challenger II 16-color 18-station printing press from M&R. I have owned three M&R presses over the past 20 years, and they provided many years of trouble-free service.
The new Challenger II, however, really surpassed all of my expectations. My company prints sports-related screen prints, including NCAA, NBA, NHL and NFL graphics for a nationally-known company. We also print a wide variety of custom designs. Most of the designs we screen are 6 to 12-color jobs, and the Challenger II really holds tight registration. And the speed with which we run our jobs is unbelievable.
I also purchased the Tri-Loc Registration System to go with my new press, and I have been greatly impressed with the speed and accuracy with which print jobs are set up. I routinely set up and print 8 to 10-color jobs in less than 5 minutes per setup, and I have set up as many as 18 designs in an 8-hour shift.
I have used M&R Screen Printing Presses exclusively for the past 20 years, and I have always had great service and support. M&R builds great products that give years of trouble-free service, bar none."

"The support and technical service of M&R is exceptional, and the availability of parts is immediate. The M&R printing presses, dryers, flash cures and automatic emulsion coaters are reliable, strong, inexpensive to maintain, and easy to operate. The most important thing is that they deliver high-volume productivity with first-class results.Without a doubt we recommend the complete line of M&R equipment."

"Eight months ago I decided that it was time to upgrade my textile printer to automatic. I love my Sportsman. While installing my compressor and chiller, my air technician mentioned how impressed he was with the superior caliber of the air fittings on the Sportsman. It made me feel even more confident that I chose an "entry level" automatic with such great quality. Of course using it daily for over half a year was the real test and I am happy to say that it has run flawlessly.
I'd also like to mention the awesome service and support I received from Michael Walker of M&R in Canada and from Toronto distributor FH & Sons.
I would not heitate to recommend M&R to any shop looking for equipmnet that is cutting edge, affordable and reliable and has a network of people that stand behind the name M&R."

"We bought a HeatWave gas dryer at the end of 2007. We knew the dryer was pretty efficient because it got hot and stayed hot on the inside but it was still cool to the touch on the outside. We also knew that meant the HeatWave wouldn’t turn our shop into an oven in the summer. But what we didn’t know was just how efficient HeatWave was until we got our first gas bill with no gas usage besides the dryer. Our HeatWave ran nine hours a day, four days a week that month, and we used 77 therms. The total cost was $110.91. We couldn’t believe it was costing us less than 75 cents per hour! Like everybody else, we spend a lot of time thinking about ways to increase profits, but it isn’t just how much we make; it’s how much we save. So this was huge! Our HeatWave maintains consistent temperatures and has no problem keeping up with everything we throw at it. It’s one great gas dryer!"

"I've been working for almost a year at this screen printing shop, and I have to say that the M&R service and support is exceptional.I'm very happy with the service in Miami (Ximena, Andrea, Andres, Walter, etc), as well as the technical support in Chicago (Sonera, Smolik, Zupancic, Daniels, etc). Besides that, I personally know some of your technicians (Dan Goldberg, Jay Birns, and Ulices Castillo), and I've learned a lot from them. It's a pleasure to work with a company that takes ownership of the customer problems. In equipment, service, and technical support M&R is the best."

"It has been a pleasure working with M&R the last 15 or so years, and it's no surprise to me that M&R is where they are. I have had numerous deals with them, either direct or through a dealer, and they are there for you any time you have a problem or question.
Anytime I talk to someone about their purchasing new equipment, I tell them to check out all the others. It’s something I always do, but those people always seem to end up choosing M&R. And it seems every new piece of equipment that comes in my shop is M&R. In fact, as I look at other equipment, it's quite obvious that a lot of them knock off what they can from M&R. That’s quite a compliment.
It’s just hard to see how you can go wrong with M&R."
