Alpha 8 is M&R’s exciting new take on the oval-shaped screen printing press. It’s modular and expandable—and can be configured for almost any production requirement. Since Alpha 8’s oval shape takes up less floor space than comparable carousel screen printing presses, it makes more efficient use of available production area. Oval shape also allows Alpha 8 to fit into spots where no carousel screen printing press could. Alpha 8 is available in three models: Alpha 8 5070, Alpha 8 6080, and Alpha 8 80110.

Challenger II is available in 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18-color models with a 50 x 70 cm (20” x 28”) maximum image area. Challenger II OS is available in 8, 10, and 12-color models with an oversize 70 x 100 cm (28” x 41”) maximum image area. All Challenger II automatic screen printing machines feature servo-driven indexers, electric printheads, and multiple print-stroke capability.

Diamondback C is part of the Diamondback Series, M&R’s line of versatile and highly-affordable entry-level automatic screen printing presses. It’s similar to Diamondback L in size and affordability. Diamondback C has a slightly larger diameter of 284 cm (9’ 4”), but a correspondingly larger maximum image area of 38 x 41 (15” x 16”). It’s available in 6 or 7 colors.

It’s a 6-color automatic screen printing press with a maximum image area of 35 x 28 cm (14” x 11”) and fixed screen holders that accept 51 x 61 (20” x 24”) screen frames. Truly unique, it’s perfect for manual shops with limited space looking to break into automatic printing. At the same time, its high-speed servo and 259 cm (8’ 6”) diameter makes it ideal for larger shops interested in a press that requires little space—yet turns out tagless labels, pocket prints, and smaller-format images of exceptional quality. Diamondback L’s heavy-duty casters make it easy to move around the shop—or out of the way when it’s not in use.

ENCORE Automatic Screen Printing Press

M&R’s Encore oval-shaped automatic screen printing press is designed specifically for the needs of cut-piece operations. Built around a 10-station base module, Encore is available in 18, 26, 34, 42 and 50-station configurations. No cut-piece press is more flexible. It can rotate in either direction, and models can be set up so that each printhead is followed by one open station (print/flash) or by two open stations (print/flash/cool). Since Encore’s oval shape takes up less floor space than comparable carousel automatic screen printing presses, it makes more efficient use of available production area.
