Red, White, & Blue Crew Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, MUNICIPAL, AND ANY OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. THESE OFFICIAL RULES ("OFFICIAL RULES") SHALL AT NO POINT BE DEEMED A CONTRACT AND NOTHING WITHIN THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHOULD BE CONSTRUED AS A CONTRACT.

Sponsor
The Red, White, & Blue Crew giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by M&R Printing Equipment, Inc., with their principal place of business located at 440 Medinah Road, Roselle, IL 60172 (the "M&R").

Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry and fill out the official entry form ("Form"). Employees of M&R, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible. The Giveaway and eligibility for the Giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and limitations M&R maintains sole discretion in determining eligibility for Entrants.

Requirements
Winning a prize is contingent upon:

• Compliance with these Official Rules and all conditions set forth herein.
• The execution of a Declaration of Compliance and Release by the winner.

Giveaway Period and Selection Criteria
The Giveaway begins on July 2nd, 2026 and ends on January 15th, 2027 ("Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

• A random drawing will be conducted by M&R or its designee on or about January 21st, 2027 at the Impressions Expo Long Beach Show.
• Entries will select their preferred equipment (Hornet or Quatro) during registration, and will be placed into the corresponding drawing only for the preferred equipment. Entrant will not be placed into drawing for equipment not preferred.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• Any entry that is harmful, obscene, defamatory, inappropriate, or in any way negatively portrays M&R, is strictly prohibited as a condition of the Giveaway, and M&R shall maintain sole discretion in approving all entries submitted prior to determining a winner.
• A winner shall not be determined on the basis of, including without limitation, race, ancestry, creed, age, religion, color, marital status, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, pregnancy, veteran status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by federal state, or local law.

How to Enter
Entrants must register via the official Form made available by M&R during the Giveaway Period.

• Limit one (1) entry per Entrant.
• All entries become the property of M&R and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize(s)
Upon fulfillment of the requirements set forth in these Official Rules and subject to the Prize Conditions, Entrants may be eligible to win only one (1) of the following prizes:

• Hornet (size to be determined by winner with estimated value up to $100,000).
• Quatro 44 (estimated value $42,545).

A total of two (2) winners will be selected in accordance with these Official Rules. One (1) winner is limited to one (1) prize and shall not be eligible to win both prizes listed above.

Prize Conditions:

• Entrants must claim their prize by April 30th, 2027
• Prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and may only be applied to the specific prize awarded to Entrant. No substitution will be made except at M&R’s sole discretion.
• A total of two (2) winners will be selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
• Entrants are only eligible to win one (1) prize.
• Delivery timeline will be coordinated based on production schedules and may extend beyond the Giveaway Period at M&R’s sole discretion.
• Winner must execute a Pre-installation Checklist, which includes, without limitations, the responsibility for site preparation and utilities and any additional cost unless otherwise specified by M&R.
• Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email or phone on or around January 21st, 2027. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, or fails to return required documents within that time, M&R may select an alternate winner. The winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance and Release. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.

General Conditions
By participating in the Giveaway, Entrant acknowledges that M&R may take pictures and videos of installation, graphics and Entrant's printing process that may be released to the media. Entrant further acknowledges and grants the Sponsor the right to use Entrant's submission, name, and any image or video taken and submitted by Entrant on behalf of M&R, in connection with the Giveaway, in any and all media now or hereafter devised without limitation and without additional compensation, notification or permission. Furthermore, Entrant agrees that any image or video taken and submitted by Entrant shall become the sole property of M&R. Any prize(s) awarded in this Giveaway shall be subject to M&R’s then current standard terms and conditions of Sale (https://www.mrprint.com/terms-and-conditions), which shall be incorporated into these Official Rules by reference. M&R reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by M&R in its sole discretion. M&R may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Giveaway is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by M&R in its sole discretion, M&R may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Giveaway and, in the event of termination, award any prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. M&R reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, M&R reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney's fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by M&R to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, Entrant on behalf of itself and its members, officers, managers, employees, attorneys, agents, consultants, representatives, spouses, children, successors, heirs, and assigns (the "Releasing Parties"), agree to release and hold harmless the M&R, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Giveaway, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize (including any activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Giveaway; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) any other errors or problems in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway, the announcement of a winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event, or in any Giveaway related materials; or (e) injury, death, claims, losses or damages of any kind, whether to persons, property or other, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from my participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, receipt, delivery, ownership, maintenance, operation, transportation, use, or misuse of the prize (including any activity necessary or ancillary that may be related thereto). Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall Entrant or any of the Releasing Parties, be entitled to receive attorney's fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Disputes
Except where prohibited, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Circuit Court of DuPage County Illinois. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrants rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of M&R in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Illinois.
