Digital Screen Print, Hybrid Technician, full-time position

Position Overview:

The position requires a seasoned Screen Printing Professional who can work with minimal supervision and who has extensive experience with Screen Making and Screen Print machinery.

Screen Printers are responsible for troubleshooting and operating equipment in our facility and at customer locations. They also provide training & telephone support for customers and participate in trade shows.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Travels domestically and internationally to train customers on printing techniques as assigned.

Regional Sales Manager, full-time position, For Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana Regions

Position Overview:


The position requires a seasoned Sales Professional who can work with minimal supervision and who has extensive experience with Screen Printing and Screen Print machinery. 


Regional Sales Managers are responsible for managing a territory, developing new leads, and maintaining contact and service for the existing customer base. They will be expected to troubleshoot and operate equipment at customer locations.  They also provide training & telephone support for customers and participate in trade shows.

Mechanical Engineer- Industrial Dryer Designer, full-time, exempt- level position

Position Summary:
Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing functional machine(s), including testing and preparing documentation for every level of the manufacturing process.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in the workplace - machine design and electro-mechanical components.
• Fluid dynamic, air flow calculation, gas powered devices and CSA approval process experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in Design for Manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Experience in 3D CAD system, preferable CREO PTC. Experience in sheet metal design.
• Experience in BOM structures and engineering change management
• Ability to work on multiple project simultaneously


Responsibilities and Duties:
• Design and develop gas and electric powered industrial ovens and dryers.
• Review existing designs, identify cost drivers, and provide cost analysis.
• Create and maintain machine technical documentation.
• Overseeing manufacturing and assembly process during the prototype and manufacturing stage.
• Support manufacturing processes by providing technical expertise and necessary documentation by utilizing CAD tools.
• Prepare product documentation, operating instructions, and reviews technical literature.
• Support Sales Department, Customer Service, Purchasing Department with necessary technical information. Some travel may be required.

CNC Operator- 1st and 2nd Shifts



Job Summary:

Our CNC Operators are responsible for ensuring that all job orders are machined to specification, and that all parts are inspected upon completion, before the next step in the process can take place.

Requirements:
• Must have 2 years of CNC experience.
• CNC Set-up capability a plus
• Knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools and fixtures.
• Ability to hold fabrication tolerances at +/- .001 (or better) is a must
• Ability to read and interpret blue prints without assistance
• Ability to push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills a plus

Field Service Technician – Digital and Textile

We are looking to add several Field Service Technicians throughout the U.S. to join our growing service team.

Position Overview
 The Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment at our customer locations. The technician also provides training and telephone support for our customers, and participates in trade shows throughout the U.S.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  •  Performs installations and repairs of company products as assigned by management. 
  •  Prepares detailed and timely reports on each service call.
  •  Extensive travel both domestically and internationally to perform these duties.
  •  Provides phone support and training to customers.
  •  Provides on call 24 hour phone support on a rotating schedule.
  •  Attends trade shows, assists in the set up and break down of equipment and supports sales staff.

 Qualifications and Skills
  •  EET degree in the field of electronics, licensed electrician, ASE mechanic, or similar background.
  •  One year minimum experience in the screen printing industry a plus.
  •  Previous relevant experience working with engineering, operations, sales, field service, remote office and general laborers within an equipment manufacturing environment preferred.
  •  Working knowledge of industrial electronics and associated components, proximity sensor, SSR’s, frequency inverters, servo amplifiers, PLC components, resistive heating panels, quartz bulbs and other related components.
  •  Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  •  Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  •  Well organized, detail oriented, good decision making skills and exceptional communication skills.
  •  Ability to work with customers and staff at all levels, and to uphold and support company safety standards at all times.
  •  Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  •  Must reside within 30 minutes of a major airport.
  •  Clean driving record and reliable vehicle. 

 Qualifications and Skills for Digital Positions
  •  Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel, Rip software and file conversions
  •  Screen printing artwork preparation experience, general screen printing knowledge, coating screens, and working with emulsions.
