Pay Range:

$18.75 – $22.50 per hour

Position Summary:

M&R Printing Equipment is seeking detail-oriented metal grinder to join our Fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for grinding and deburring welded parts to ensure consistent smooth finish. Strong attention to detail is critical as it is the final prep stage before paint finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grind, sand welded parts using angle and palm grinders
  • Remove excess weld and surface imperfections to achieve smooth finish
  • Safely operate shop equipment
  • Communicate with welders to correct quality issues
  • Maximize the life of grinding abrasives
Requirements:
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools for grinding/deburring
  • Good physical condition; able to lift 50 lbs. and stand up to 10 hours per day
  • Required to wear hearing protection while performing grinding operation
  • Understanding of different metal types
  • Respirator is not required but is available upon request
  • Participate in weekly safety meetings

Shift:
1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM with overtime as needed

AR & Collections Specialist

AR & Collections Specialist

Pay Range:

$60,000 to $75,000 + Bonus Eligible

Position Summary:

The Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist is responsible for managing all accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment application, maintaining customer account integrity, and driving effective credit and collections strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, intermediate Excel proficiency, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate with internal departments and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply daily cash receipts to customer accounts accurately
  • Update AR aging reports using Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
  • Research and process credit memos, including obtaining necessary approvals
  • Investigate and resolve receivables discrepancies and perform account maintenance
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Sales teams to resolve customer issues
  • Generate and distribute customer statements both digitally and via USPS
  • Conduct collection calls and manage relationships with collection agencies
  • Establish and monitor customer payment plans
  • Process credit card payments securely and efficiently
  • Ensure completion of credit applications prior to setting up new customer accounts
  • Maintain and update customer account information
  • Perform commercial credit checks and reference verification (e.g., D&B)
  • Make informed decisions regarding customer credit limits and shipping holds
  • Support digitization and process improvement initiatives within AR
Skills and Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
  • Experience with ERP systems and digital AR tools is a plus
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with commercial credit reporting agencies (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet) a plus

Picker/Packer

Picker/Packer

Pay Range:

$16.28 – $19.60 per hour

Position Summary:

This job requires picking and packing parts from the correct location within the Parts Department. The parts are made in our facility and must be picked to the specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. This position consists of standing/walking 8 hours a day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect items to ensure they are not damaged and meet quality standards prior to packing
  • Follow packing instructions and company procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor
  • Meet daily packing quotas and deadlines
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Basic math, reading and computer skills
  • Must be a quick learner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a packing role is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must be able to adapt to occasional quick changes in a fast-paced environment
  • English speaking, bilingual a plus
Physical Demands:
  • Individual must be able to move, lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Work environment is in the warehouse where exposure to humid, heat and cold conditions are expected
  • Must be willing and able to walk 3-4 miles per shift

Industrial Spray Painter

Industrial Spray Painter

$18.75 – $23.50 per hour

Position Summary:

The Industrial Spray Painter is responsible for applying primer and finish coats to manufactured products using spray equipment. This role involves preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and ensuring high-quality finishes in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix coating paints to specific ratios and prepare spray equipment, including cleaning and adjusting spray guns
  • Read and interpret technical documents such as paint mixing procedures and equipment maintenance guidelines
  • Follow assignment directions independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Clean spray equipment daily using appropriate solvents or other cleaning solutions
  • Maintain a clean and organized paint mixing room while adhering to company safety policies
  • Use breathing air supply system when applying epoxy paints
  • Ensure proper respirator care, maintenance and operation of respirators
  • Assist in preparing parts for painting when not actively engaged in spray painting
Skills and Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of continuous experience in spray painting
  • Ability to perform tasks while standing, bending and kneeling
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. on regular basis
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with seasonal temperature fluctuation
Shift:

Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm with overtime as needed
