Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. International orders may incur additional charges, including import fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees). These additional charges are your responsibility and will be collected by your local delivery agent.

Can I place an order for export?

Yes, subject to the limitations below.

Can all items be exported?

No. Some supplier agreements prohibit us from selling in select markets. In addition, we cannot export products if the supplier does not provide current international trade data.

Exchange Rates

Foreign exchange rates are determined by The M&R Companies, and are based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in any e-commerce transaction. The M&R Companies update exchange rates on a daily basis.

Duties & Taxes

Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be added to your final order. Import duties, customs tariffs, and Value-Added Tax (VAT) are set by the destination country. They are based on the merchandise's classification and country of origin, and vary by country.

Credit Cards: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or Diners Club.
Please provide us the billing information of the credit card you are using. Billing information would include the following: Name, address and telephone number of the card owner as recorded by the bank or other issuer of the credit card. If you are using a shipping address which is different from the billing address then please provide us the telephone number of the shipping address.

We charge your Credit Card only at time of actual shipment.

Credit Card Verification

With credit card orders - for your protection and ours - we request the additional "CSC code" Card Security Code from your credit card.Card Security Code (CSC) is a security code used to protect your credit card and prevent fraudulent use.

On Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards, the CSC Code is the last 3 digits immediately after your credit card number on the back of your card.

On American Express cards the CSC Code is the 4 digits above and to the right of your credit card number on the front of your card.

Availability

We strive to keep most items always in stock for immediate delivery (unless we specify that the particular item is available on special order basis only).

In the event an item is out of stock or for any other reason unable to be shipped, we will notify you (usually within one business day).
