M&R ACCELERATE 2023 is a Garment Decorating Industry Leadership Conference to be held on Thursday, May 4th, and Friday, May 5th, 2023. This executive forum is your opportunity to network with industry peers to review new technology, processes and trends to increase efficiency in your garment decorating operations. M&R ACCELERATE 2023 will feature a full day of activities onsite at M&R’s corporate headquarters in Roselle, Illinois on Thursday, May 4th, followed by a general session panel discussion at the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg on the morning of Friday, May 5th.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg in Schaumburg, Illinois, which is 15 minutes from M&R. Transportation to and from the hotel will be provided by M&R. Check-In begins the night of Wednesday, May 3rd. We strongly suggest that you plan on arriving the night of Wednesday, May 3rd. - 7:15 and 7:45 AM (CDT) — For those staying at the Hyatt hotel, or prefer to park at the Hyatt, it is highly recommended that you use our complimentary shuttle service. Pickup times at the Hyatt are 7:15 AM and 7:45 AM.
- 8:00 AM — Registration begins (light breakfast included)
- 8:30 AM — Opening remarks
- 9:10 AM — Sessions begin
- 12:00 PM — Lunch
- 4:05 PM — Closing remarks
- 4:30 PM — Shuttles depart back to the Hyatt hotel
- 5:30 PM — Cocktail reception
- 7:00 PM — Dinner
- 9:00 AM — Industry Trends and Panel Discussion at the Hyatt hotel
