About the Event

The M&R Digital Squeegee Advanced Operator Training Program is designed for experienced DS-4000 operators who are ready to elevate their print production to the next level, and to release the full potential of this industry-leading Hybrid Screen and DTG printing technology. Attendance at the event is limited to facilitate small group training sessions with M&R Technical Service, Graphic Artists, and Digital Squeegee Hybrid Printing Application Specialists.

Hyatt Regency Schaumburg Hotel Information

The Hyatt Regency Schaumburg Hotel is the preferred hotel for attendees of the Hybrid User Group Training Event. M&R will be providing shuttle service to and from the Schaumburg hotel to the M&R headquarters in Roselle, Illinois. If you are not staying at the hotel, we recommend arriving at M&R by 8:00 AM on Wednesday, August 16 and 8:30 AM on Thursday, August 17.

How to Prepare for the Training Event

You will be visiting the M&R factory in August, a very warm Summer month in Illinois. We advise that you dress in light, loose clothing to keep cool while in the facility. Please note that open-toed sandals are not allowed for safety reasons. If you have special mobility needs or need to sit for an extended length of time, please let us know before your arrival so that we can accommodate your needs. Schedule of Events


WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 16
  • 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM: Two hotel shuttle pickup times for transportation to M&R
  • 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Arrival and welcome greeting to M&R, introduction to the day's events (parking lot tent)
  • 8:30 AM – 8:45 AM: Agenda review and logistics, with a safety video review (parking lot tent)
  • 8:45 AM – 8:55 AM: Attendees will be placed into groups and led to their first station in the factory (parking lot tent)

  • 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: SESSION 1 (presentation area)
  • 10:40 AM – 12:10 PM: SESSION 2 (presentation area)

  • 12:10 PM – 1:10 PM: Lunch (parking lot tent)
  • 1:10 PM – 1:20 PM: Attendees reform into groups and are led to their 3rd Session (parking lot tent)

  • 1:20 PM – 2:50 PM: SESSION 3 (presentation area)
  • 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM: SESSION 4 (presentation area)

  • 4:30 PM – 4:35 PM: Return to tent (parking lot tent)
  • 4:40 PM – 5:10 PM: Roundtable discussion and close of Day 1 (parking lot tent)
  • 5:10 PM – 5:20 PM: Attendees receive swag bag (parking lot tent)
  • 5:25 PM – 5:45 PM: Shuttles depart M&R to return attendees to Hyatt (parking lot tent)

  • 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Cocktail Reception (Hyatt Hotel - Mahogany Room)
  • 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM: Dinner (Hyatt Hotel - Mahogany Room)
THURSDAY, AUGUST 17
  • 7:45 AM and 8:15 AM: Two hotel shuttle pickup times for transportation to M&R
  • 8:30 AM – 8:40 AM: Agenda review and logistics (parking lot tent)
  • 8:45 AM – 8:55 AM: Attendees will be placed into groups and led to their station in the factory (parking lot tent)

  • 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: SESSION 1 (presentation area)
  • 10:40 AM – 12:10 PM: SESSION 2 (presentation area)
