We've partnered with Action Engineering to offer Face Mask Pallets that are compatible with M&R presses, and created a brand-new Distancing Shield™ that can help to keep your employees safe while working in your shop.

On behalf of our product partners at Action Engineering, M&R is proud to offer Face Mask Pallets that are compatible with M&R Automatic and Manual Presses. These new face mask pallet designs have dramatically minimized manufacturing and assembly times. They have been fit-tested for several types of masks that are currently being manufactured. The Dual Face Mask Pallet and Single Form Fitted face mask pallets are made for use with form-fitting masks, both with and without chin seams. Both of the form fit pallets include interchangeable plates for printing. The Universal Face Mask pallet can be used to print a small logo or image on both flat and form-fitted masks.

Form Fit Face Mask Pallet

The Form Fit Face Mask Pallet allows you to print on the full face of a form fit face mask. Form Fit Face masks are available from many suppliers like Allmade. You load this pallet by hooking the face mask in the back, and then pulling it towards you. This pallet includes two interchangeable plates for form fitted masks with and without a seam. Available for Automatic and Manual screen printing machines.

Flat Fit Face Mask Pallet

The Flat Fit Face Mask Pallet allows you to print on the full face of a flat fit face mask. Examples of Flat Fitted masks are Bella Canvas and Tultex face masks. These pallets have no seam easement. You load the pallet by placing the mask on top of the plate and closing the pallet. Available for Automatic and Manual screen printing machines.

Distancing Shield™

The Distancing Shield™ is a brand-new product from M&R that has been designed to allow employees to work in close quarters, while also protecting each other from transferring exhaled, vaporized particles. The Distancing Shield is a barrier that is placed in between the loading and unloading pallets on an M&R press. The 30"x48" curtain blocks exhaled vapors from the loading and unloading employees, allowing both to operate side-by-side with minimal vapor exchange. Compatible with most M&R presses.
