When Spot Graphics began an aggressive program to upgrade its screen print facility in order to concentrate on growing our high-quality 4-color halftone product line, the M&R line of presses and support equipment proved to be the most cost-effective solution for us. In fact, M&R has become the backbone of our operation. Our four Renegade XL’s and two Saturns give us a print range from 25” x 52” to 38” x 120”. Ease of operation and low maintenance are bonus qualities that add to the consistency of prints we are now able to produce.

Of course, part of the successful formula for us was the inclusion of the Digikote screen coater, Sentry inline automatic takeoffs, and single-lamp Vitran UV dryers. The complete M&R package combined with our curved film program has enabled us to print high quality 4-color halftone work ‘by the numbers’.
