At the M&R Companies, health and safety of our customers, employees, and business partners is our number one priority. We know everyone is experiencing concern and uncertainty related to the spread of COVID-19. During this challenging time, we remain committed to supporting our customers and dealers as we navigate this rapidly-changing situation.
On Friday, March 20th, Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker issued a “stay at home” order, requiring non-essential businesses to suspend operations at their facilities from Saturday, March 21st at 5:00pm through April 7th. Although the M&R Companies headquarters will remain closed and are unable to ship products, we will continue to provide sales support, technical support and customer service on a limited scale during this suspension.
In response to the COVID-19 outbreak and the suspension, M&R has asked all service techs and operations personnel to work remotely from their home offices. We will provide remote assistance to our valued customers to the best of our ability during these challenging times.
