Predator LPC
Predator LPC is a uniquely versatile high-volume printing system that delivers exceptional results on cut-piece goods. It also excels on finished goods like flags, banners, and towels. Predator’s specialty is the edge-to-edge and all-over printing typically done using water-based inks. Predator LPC is available in 4, 6, 8, and 10-color models, with maximum image areas up to 97 x 213 cm (38” x 84”). All models feature servo-driven indexers, electric printheads, and multiple print-stroke capability.

Pneumatic clamps hold frames tight and allow rapid screen loading. Standard features like independent squeegee & floodbar speed adjustments, fully synchronized screen peel system, adjustable rear screen holders, independently-set angle and calibrated pressure adjustments, and independent print, reset, and print/flood speed controls on each printhead further simplify setup. Other standard features include a user-friendly control panel with digital keypad, onboard self-diagnostics, real-time production data, and an independent print start/print finish setting that automatically activates and stops printheads at the beginning and end of production runs. Predator LPC requires a water supply for the integrated belt washer and a drain to properly dispose of runoff.
